These terms apply when you use TackShape at tackshape.app or tackshape.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and the material you place on your boards. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Only upload or enter content you have permission to use.

Your content remains yours. You allow TackShape and its service providers to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions.

Free launch and storage

TackShape is free during launch. Each account has a 1 GB cloud storage quota. Payments and subscriptions are not currently enabled. Future paid plans will be presented before any purchase; using this free version does not authorize a charge.

Acceptable use

Do not use TackShape for unlawful activity, to distribute malware, to interfere with other accounts or the service, or to attempt to access information that does not belong to you. Automated abuse and attempts to bypass storage or access restrictions are prohibited.

Availability and backups

TackShape is developing and may change, experience interruptions, or have errors. Keep exported copies of important work. The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

Ending use

You can stop using TackShape at any time. To request account deletion, contact [email protected] from your account email. Access may be restricted where needed to address abuse, security problems, or violations of these terms.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes, including any future purchase terms, will be presented when relevant. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
