Information you give us

TackShape uses Google to create accounts and sign users in. Google provides your verified account identifier and email address so we can identify your account and connect you to your boards. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail or Google Drive. We also use your email address to respond to support requests. When you save a board, we store its notes, categories, layout, connections, settings, and related board information so you can open it again.

Please avoid placing passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information on a board.

Cloud and browser storage

Account information and saved boards are hosted using Cloudflare. Your account includes 1 GB of cloud storage. The editor keeps the current editing state in memory while the page is open. It does not keep a durable offline board copy. Wait for “Saved to cloud” before closing the page.

Signing in uses a session cookie. Clearing browser data signs you out. Export a board if you want a copy you control outside TackShape.

Service providers and technical information

Cloudflare processes requests to host, secure, and operate the site. Technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs may be processed for those purposes. Email delivery providers process the address and contents of messages they deliver for TackShape.

The site uses fonts supplied by your device. We do not sell your board contents or use them for advertising.

Google Drive and local folders

TackShape does not connect to Google Drive or request access to your device’s folders. Importing a board file reads the file you choose; it does not grant access to other files on your device.

Payments

Payments are not enabled during the current free launch. TackShape does not currently request payment card details.

Access and deletion

You can open your saved boards in the editor and export copies. To request deletion of your account or ask about information associated with it, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Operational logs and backups may remain for a limited period after deletion, and records may be retained where required by law.

Account support and activity

The site owner can view account email addresses, board counts, storage usage, sign-in times, and cloud-save activity to operate the service and help customers. Private support notes and account access changes are recorded for support purposes. These dashboard tools do not display the contents of your boards.
