A few ground rules.

These terms apply when you use TackShape at tackshape.app or tackshape.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and the material you place on your boards. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Only upload or enter content you have permission to use.

Your content remains yours. You allow TackShape and its service providers to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions.

Subscriptions and storage

TackShape costs $3 per month or $30 per year in USD. Both plans include 1 GB of cloud storage and up to 200 saved boards, with an 8 MiB limit per board. Complimentary access granted by the owner can override account limits. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your price and billing interval are shown in Stripe Checkout before you subscribe.

Manage payment details, view invoices, switch billing intervals, or cancel from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. After that, saving is paused and your existing cloud boards are preserved. No automatic deletion period is currently applied. Refund and account questions can be sent to our support address.

Acceptable use

Do not use TackShape for unlawful activity, to distribute malware, to interfere with other accounts or the service, or to attempt to access information that does not belong to you. Automated abuse and attempts to bypass storage or access restrictions are prohibited.

Availability and backups

TackShape is developing and may change, experience interruptions, or have errors. Keep exported copies of important work. The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

Ending use

You can stop using TackShape at any time. To request account deletion, contact [email protected] from your account email. Access may be restricted where needed to address abuse, security problems, or violations of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes, including any future purchase terms, will be presented when relevant. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
